Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following domestic shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Dropship & Supplier Fulfillment Some products in our store are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners. As a result, orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us at support@exploringourworlddifferently.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
